As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Mandatory visit to Lions club of Mundgod
On 21st September 2025, I paid my visit to the club in the capacity of Region Chairperson. The meeting was presided over by Ln Korem from L.C. of Mundgod. I spoke about the Lion’s ethics, programmes and how to run the club in detail. I also told them about the 8 pillars of Activities of Lions Services i.e. Child Cancer, Diabetes, Disaster Relief, Environment, Humanitarian efforts, Hunger, Vision and Youth. It was very useful and meaningful. All the 21 members and Z.C. Ln Vinaya Hegde were present.

Installation of LC Mundagod
On 20th September 2025, I participated in the Charter Presentation ceremony and Installation of New office bearers of the club of Lions Club of Mundgod. I was invited as the Guest of Honour. Charter Presentation was ceremoniously done by IPDG MJF Lion Manoj Manek Sir, and Installation was done by PDG PMJF Ln. Ravi Hegde. MJF Lion S.J. Kairanna was another Guest of Honour and narrated the History of Lionism and explained why one should become a Lion. In the third stage the function was presided over by Ln Gururaj Honnavar, President L.C. Sirsi. GLT Co-ordinator Ln Ashok Hegde was the Master of Ceremony. Many Lions from Sirsi and a good number of Public participated. It was a good function.

Mandatory visit to Lions club of Ankola city
On 12-09-2025, I paid my mandatory visit of RC Visit to Ankola city and made Review of the administrative and service activities. I briefed them about the Government projects and international presidents projects and also convinced them to increase the membership and never to drop any member. The report presented won very good. There are many active member in the club under the leadership of Lion President Lion Shenvi the club is doing many useful activation 20 members was present. They have Promised 10 new member and on MJF.

Attended BOD Installation of LC Ankola city
Ankola city lions club This club is head by Ln. Shenvi and I could attend Installation ceremony of the club also 18 home club member and 22 visiting lion were present. A unique kind of programme was arranged for the Grand parent along with Grand children. With the help of Grand children Grand Parents actively participated in the quiz programme. It was fantastic. The lion club of Ankola city has promised minimum 10 new members and two MJF in this Lionistic year. I narrated them about the service activities and reporting them. The club is very active.

Mandatory visit to Lions club of Karwar
Lions club of Karwar : I am very sorry to inform that only 7 members out of 32 were present. Though there are many DC’s only one DC won present I think they have taken R.C’s visit to the club carnally still explained and requested them to add so many new members as possible and not to drop any member so on the reach the grow of 1.5 mission. They have agreed to do so. Arfan as service activities are concerned they have to gear up.

Mandatory visit to Lions club of Sadahivgad
On 08-09-2025 I paid my visit to Lions club of Sadashivagad. I was given cordial welcome by 7 active member members. I my speech I stressed upon conducting service activities connected to District. Government program and International President Program. I also told them not to delete any member and bring so many new members in the fold of Lionism. Main office bearer were present. They also promised to get minimum one MJF from the club.
