As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Participated in DLLI training held at Hotel Ritz Royal, Hubali from 13th to 14th September 2025. The training was conducted by the Renowned Internation level speakers PDG PMJF Lion Vasu Valwalker, PDG, PMJF Lion Rajesh Mehra, PDG PMJF Lion Ravi Manuja, PDG PMJF Lion Ravi Hegde huvinmane and PMJF Lion Dr Kirti Naik. Topics covered are Builds Confidence, Sharpens Communication Skills, Prepares for Higher Leadership, Team work etc,

District Governors First Advisory Meeting Held at Margao conducted by the Lion Gourish Vernekar, ZC (Zone1) Region-2
District Governors First Advisory of Zone Chairperson Lion Gourish Vernekar held on 21 Sep 2025 at Fabs Music and Sports Café, Margao. For this Zone Advisory I was invited as guest speaker to give presentation of activities reporting of activities on Lions Portal and District Portal with Contest Rule explanations. I had submitted the club wise reporting statistics and provided necessary tips to correctly calculate beneficiaries, expenditure and to overall improve upon service activities reporting.
