Special Initiative: Weeks of service

As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day

Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Visit to top expert in Vedic Mathematics in India - Mr. V G Unkalkar from Bangalore

Visited residence of top expert from India in Vedic Mathematics Mr. V G Unkalkar, residing in Bangalore. Had long fruitful discussion of how to improve spreading Knowledge of Vedic Mathematics. Mr. Unkalkar provided some digital material on Vedic Mathematics and also books which can be used for our District Programme. Mr. Unkalkar has written more than 10 renowned books on Vedic Mathematics in English, Hindi, Marathi & Kannada
