As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Making an Impact, One Activity at a Time!
Weekly Eye Checkup at Candolim Eye Clinic
A free diagnostic eye checkup camp is held every Monday at the Candolim Eye Clinic, our permanent project in partnership with the Village Panchayat of Candolim. The services offered at the clinic are: Cataract detection, Retinopathy screening, Retinal Screening, Glaucoma evaluation and Spectacle Power. On 7th July 2025, 22 patients from in and around Candolim availed of the facilities.

First Responder Training workshop for Students
The Lions Club of Candolim partnered with the Village Panchayat of Candolim and EMRI Green Health Services to conduct a workshop for XI Std students of St Theresa's Higher Secondary School on !0th July 2025. The workshop was conducted from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm By EMRI green Health Services for 104 students. The students learnt through theory as well as practical demonstrations. Morning tea and lunch was served to all the participants, faculty and volunteers.

Doctors' Day Celebration:
On the eve of Doctors' Day on 1st July 2025, PST and 15 Lion members visited Government Hospital, Sridevi Multispeciality Hospital, St. Ignitious Hospital, Doctors' Clinics, and their residences offered them flowers and sweets, wishing 51 doctors for their valuable services to mankind. Totally 8 hrs were spent with an expenditure of Rs 6000/

Movie screening for Special children's of Lokvishwas Prathishtan Shrvoi Quepem Goa
On 14th July 2025 the Lions Club of Curchorem-Sanvordem organized a special movie screening " Sitaare Zameen Par "for the students of Lokvishwas Pratishthan'sGovind Poy Raiturcar School for Special Children's, Shirvoi, Quepem Goa. The show was held at JMD Cinema Curchorem Goa. Total 40 students along with 6 Teachers attended the enjoyed the movie Show. Also arranged refreshments for all Students, Teachers and other support staff of School. Our Club PST and District chairperson Lion Avin Naik , Lion CA vaibhav Bale other club members attended the Movie.

Lions Club Jamkhandi organized a planting of trees program at Hunnur Cross , Maigur Road as part of the Vanamotsava program
On 05.07.2025 at 10 am, Lions Club Jamkhandi organized a planting of trees program at Hunnur Cross , Maigur Road as part of the Vanamotsava program and for environmental protection. 12 Lion members and 3 Local members of Kadapatti are in part of this program, and we planted of 40 trees on the side of Maigur road

Hindu Rudra bhoomi cleaning
Sunday 06.07.2025, lions club of jamkhandi conducted a program of Hindu Rudra bhoomi cleaning along with municipal corporation, local social working teams, Anand devro Swamiji olimath and muthinakanti Hiremath Swamiji. 8 lion members and 28 other members (non- lion) participated in this program completed successfully, and muthinakanti Hiremath Swamiji told everyone to attend every Sunday along with more members and other society peoples until cleaning is done completely..
