As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

IMPLEMENTED INNOVATIVE WAYS AND MEANS TO IMPRESS AND MOTIVATE CLUB PST OF ALL CLUBS IN DIST-317B
Implemented innovative ideas to impress and motivate club PST and leaders for reporting of activities on Lions International Portal as well District Portal. Flyers with creative ideas designed with the help of Artificial Intelligence posted on District PST and DC groups to motivate the club leaders. This method helped in escalating the reporting ration and achieved overall 91% reporting on international portal.

BMD (BONE MERO DENCITY) TEST AWARENESS TALK AND Q A SESSION WITH ORTHO SPECIALISTS WAS ORGANISED IN ASSOCIATION WITH IOA AND OTHER NGOS. ON 15 AUGUST 2025. ORTHOPEDIC SURGEN RTN. DR. KAILASH PAI, DR. MADHUKESHWAR ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS OF PARTICIPANT PATIENTS AND CLEARED MANY DOUBTS. BMD TEST DONE BY MICRO COMPANY HELPED 88 PARTICIPANTS.

Attended Official Visit of the Zone Chairperson Lion Arnaldo Rego to the Lions Club of Vasco da Gama, held on 16th August 2025, at 7.30 p.m. onwards at Lions Club house, Vasco da Gama.

COMPLETED THE TASK OF 12 CLUBS PU-101 REPORTING TO LIONS INTERNATIONAL.
I was given the task of completing PU-101 (Club PST and Officers reporting) of total 13 clubs who have not uploaded yet PU-101 forms on the International Portal for various reasons. These clubs are LC Anjuna, Fatorda Cyber, Margao Central, Chicalim Bogmalo, Gangvathi, Bellary Cantonment, Bijapur Pariwar, Hospet, Indi, Mormugao, Mundgod, Sancoale, Yellapur Town. It was overall a Herculean task to collect duly signed PU 101 form from President along with accurate details of the PST. However, with the help of IT team members I had managed to complete the task before the cutoff date. IT job commenced on 09th August and completed on 29th August 2025. As on date all these clubs (except LC Sancoale) PST are reported /updated on Lions Portal.
