As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

ATTENDED MJF NIGHT AT GOA ON 24TH MAY. OUR DISTRICT ARRANGED A WONDERFUL PROGRAMME IN THE EVENING IN THE NAME OF MJF NIGHT. WE ENJOYED A LOT.

I and our club members attended the 4th district cabinet meeting at PAREVERIM GOA. A well-arranged and very nice programme which is conducted by the district.

CLUB MEETING CONDUCTED ON 15/5/2026 AND VARIOUS MATTERS OF FUTURE ACTIVITIES WERE DISCUSSED. HOSTING OF ZONE SOCIAL INSTALLATION OF NEW TEAM FOR 2026-27 WERE FINALISED.

WATER PURIFIER DONATED TO PROGRESSIVE HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIER COLLAGE AND INSTALLED AT THEIER PREMISES TO FECILITATE PURE DRINKING WATER TO THE STUDENTS IT ALSO HELPS THE STUDENTS TO GET BETTER EDUCATION, WITHOUT ANY DISTURBANCE OF THIRSTY. NUMBER OF BENEFICIERIES 140 PER DAY.

FREE DIABETITIC BLOOD SUGAR CHECKUP CAMP AND DOCTOR CONSULTATION
FREE DIABETIC BLOOD CHECKUP AND BP CHECKUP CAMP WAS ORGANISED BY LIONS CLUB OF SIRSI AT SHREENIVASA HOME APPLIANCES COMPOUND AND FREE DOCTOR CONSULTATION WAS ALSO ORGANISED. LION DR. ARAVIND NP RENDERED FREE CONSULTATION SERVICE TO MORE THAN 50 PATIENTS. TOTAL 88 PEOPLE GOT BENEFITED IN THIS CAMP. Celebration of 43rd Inagural Day Annniversary
Lions club of Margao Ravanfond celebrated it's 43rd Inaugral Day Anniversary in a big way by felicitating 5 senior citizens from our locality at the hands of Dr.Deepa Correa Alfonso, ex Medical Superintendent and Senior Surgeon Dist Hospital, South Goa . The felicities were namely 1.Dr. Kamalax Nadkarni, Gen.Practioner having an experience of almost 58yrs. He was our charter member too. 2.Shri. Babaji Sardesai, our charter member and business man . 3.Shri.Ganpati Mangeshkar, Civil engineer and Yoga teacher . 4.ulhas Faldesai, Financial Advisor and ex Chairman of The Goa State Cooperative Bank Ltd . 5..Shri. Vasantrao Mahadik, Teacher and recipient of State, National and International awardee . Along with the felicitation the club too highlited their services to the mankind and their tremendous contribution to the society in their own way. Prominent people from different fields attended the function and appreciated the club for an immemorable event . The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, fellowship and dinner
