As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

ON 28TH OF JUNE WE ARE ORGANISING DIABETIC CHECKUP AND GENERAL HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP IN RURAL AREA OF SIRSI AT KULAVE PANCHAYAT, KEREKAI HALADOTA VILLAGE. LION DR. ARAVIND NP AND DR. PURNIMA HEGDE WILL BW THE CONSULTING PHYSICIANS AVAILABLE FOR SERVICE. CAMP WILL BE HELD AT SRI SIDDHIVIAYAKA TEMPLE HALL HALADOTA. EXPECTING 120+ BENEFICIARIES.

PMJF Lion Jyothi V Bhat, DC for Breast Cancer Awareness (Kar) organized Breast cancer Awareness Program in Lions Auditorium, IONS CLUB of Sirsi in association with IMA Sirsi on 10th June 2026 for Teachers, 10th, 11th, 12th Standard Students and Lion ladies. Q/A session also held Pamphlets regarding Breast Cancer Awareness released President MJF Lion Gururaj Honavar presided over the function. Club secretary MJF Lion Manohar Malmane, GLT Co ordinator PMJF Lion Ashok Hegde were present Resource person was Dr.Shantha N Bhat, Senior Gynaecologist of Sirsi Beneficiaries 450 Programme Hours 1.30 hrs

BUS SHELTER AT PRIME LOCATION AT LIONS CIRCLE SIRSI WAS INAUGURATED AND HANDED OVER FOR PUBLIC USE AT THE HANDS OF HONOURABLE MLA OF SIRSI SRI BHIMANNA NAIK. GUESTS IN THE FUNCTION WERE SRI BASAVARAJ AMMANAVAR, DC KSRTC. SMT GEETA PATIL- DYSP SIRSI, SRI PRAKASH CHANNAPPANAVR- MUNCIPAL COMMISSIONER, MJF LION VINAY HEGDE ZC PARTICIPATED IN THE EVENT. PRESIDED OVER BY MJF LION GURURAJ HONAVAR. MANY REPORTERS FROM RENOWNED MEDIA AND PUBLIC WERE PARTICIPATED. THE SAME BUS SHELTER WAS INAUGURATED THE WORK TO PROGRESS DURING OFFICIAL VISIT. THIS EVENT WAS WELL APPRECIATED BY THE PUBLIC IN THE MEDIA AND SOCIAL MEDIA, WHICH HELPD US IN IMAGE BUILDING.
