As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Nutritional Awareness Talk
Our club on 13 June organised Nutritional Awareness talk in Gopal Krishna High school, Vasant Nagar, Sankhali , Goa . Talk was delivered by resource person Dr Samira Falari, BAMS, MSc, ( yoga) Functional Nutritionist health and wellness consultant. The talk mainly highlighted methods of building a child focus in studies and the value of nutritional habits to be followed to strengthen memory, concentration and overall growth of children. The session observed by around 90 parents participation, also 16 teaching and non- teaching staff and 6 lion members attended the session.

Club conducted Eye Check up camp at Nova Jyoti Rehabilitation Center at Madel Tivim in association with Ophthalmic Cell of Govt of Goa and Lions Club of Mapusa Elite and free spectacles were distributed to the sister of the Rehabilitation Center

WE, LIONS CLUB SIRSI CONDUCTED YEARS LAST MONTHLY MEETING ON 18/6/2026. DISCUSSED VARIOUS ACTIVITIS DONE THORUGHOUT THE YEAR. AND PENDING WORK TOBE COMPLETED IN THE MONTH OF JUNE. DISCUSSION ON INSTALLATION WERE DONE. A SELF DEPENDENT LADY COOK OF OUR SCHOOL WAS HONOURED DURING THE MEETING.
