Maigur, June 17, 2026: Following the morning seminar, the Lions Club of Jamkhandi extended its community outreach into the afternoon with a vital agricultural awareness campaign. Commencing at 2:30 p.m. at the Government Public School, Maigur, Club President Ln. Dr. M.P. Tanappagol led a specialized session focused on safe, sustainable farming practices.Empowering Students as Change AgentsRecognizing that students are the strongest bridge to local households, Dr. Tanappagol directly addressed the children of local farming families. He delivered an impactful message highlighting the severe health and environmental hazards associated with chemical pesticides.The students were strongly encouraged to act as ambassadors of health by taking these critical messages home to their parents.
