As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

"MUSHAK ROBOTIC 2025" PROGRAM ON ROBOTICS WAS ORGANIZED IN JANATA VIDYALAYA HIGH SCHOOL MURDESHWAR IN THE LEADERSHIP OF ELECTRICAL PROJECT DC MJF LION SUBRAY NAIK. ALL THE PARTICIPATING CHILDREN WERE AWARDED CERTIFICATES AND PRIZES. FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD PLACE STUDENTS WERE FELICITATED WITH SPECIAL PRIZES.

CELEBRATED 77TH REPUBLIC DAY WITH DISTRIBUTING EDUCATIONAL KITS TO GOVT SCHOOL CHILDREN.
CELEBRATED 77TH REPUBLIC DAY THROUGH HOISTING THE INDIAN NATIONAL FLAG IN GOVT HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL KEREKATTE, MURDESHWAR. ACCOMPANIED BY CHILDREN, TEACHERS AND PARENTS THE RALLY WAS HELD. ALL THE 136 CHILDREN OF THE SCHOOL WERE GIVEN EDUCATION KITS AND MEDICAL KITS FREE OF COST.

Board of Directors meeting for the month of Feb-26 on 01.02.26.
On Sunday, 01/02/2026 at 09.30 am, the Board of Directors meeting for the month of February was organized at Mali Samaj Bhavan, Maligalli, Jamkhandi. The topics to be discussed in this meeting are as follows 1) Regarding sending the PST name for the year 2026- 27 to the District by 31.03.2026... 2) Regarding supplying 25 glasses on the request of M.M. Joshi Eye Hospital 3) Regarding submitting the accounts for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 as discussed in the general meeting dated 22-01-2026. 4) Regarding providing free legal aid in SLT Mahavidyalaya (Banahatti). 5) Regarding where the BOD will resolve the dispute regarding the members' dues.

A club twinning program.
A club twinning program was organized between the Lions Club of Ilakal and the Lions Club of Jamkhandi on 27th at 8:30 am at Darshan Lodge, Ilakal. The President, Secretary, Treasurer and all the members of Jamkhandi Club participated in this program along with the President, Secretary, Treasurer and other members of Ilakal Society. The leadership of this program was taken by our Regional Chairperson, MGF Lion Dr. Santosh Poojar.
