As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Installation of Club BoD for Lionistic year 2025 - 2026
The Board of Directors of Lions Club of Candolim under the leadership of PMJF Lion Jude Lopes was installed on 26th June 2025 at the hands of SVDG MJF lion Sudesh Borkar at The Tanisi Hotel and Spa in the presence of Chief Guest PDG MJF Lion Vasudev Valavalkar and guest of Honour PDG Lion Erle Brito.
