As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

I, MJF LIon Goculdas Nagvenkar attended the Zone social of zone 1 region 5 organized by ZC MJF Lion Sudesh Kochrekar on 1st May, 2026 at Hotel Preeti International Mapusa. Well attended by Membsers of LC ALDONA, LC MAPUSA ELITE, HOSTS CLUB LC MAPUCA AND OTHER INVITED CLUBS LIKE LC CALANGUTE, CANDOLIM , THIVIM ETC.

Free Eye check-up camp and operation.
Our Lions Club, Kalbakar Trust Mumbai, and Lions Revankar Charitable Eye Hospital, Kumta, jointly organised an eye check-up and operation camp at Shree Devi Multi-Speciality Hospital, Honnavar. Two Doctors examined 31 patients. Among them, 7 patients were selected for eye surgery. We are proud to serve our community through Lions Seva.

Clubs Annadasoh (43rd Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 200 people were provided with steaming hot rice. pulao. It was sponsored by Lions Club of Belgaum.

General Body Meeting for the month of May 13-05-2026 (1st) Sponsor
The first general meeting of the month of May has been held on Wednesday, 13-05-2026 at 7-28 pm at SRA Club Jamkhandi. The topics to be discussed in the meeting are as follows. 1) Regarding organizing a program for senior citizens as per the program for the month of May -26. 2) Regarding reporting on the attendance of the district convention 3) GST Goa - Annual District Awards 100% - Reporting by clubs - club offices & cabinet members - before 15th May -26. 4) Regarding submitting a report on the Scrap book. 5) Regarding organizing the food festival for the month of May.
