As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Body Donation
At the sad demise of Smt Mahananda Bagi (79 years), our club under the able leadership of Lion Hemant Kittur facilitated body donation to KLE Academy of Higher Research, Belagavi.

The Weekly Annadasoh (Hunger Relief Activity) was carried out near District Hospital, Belgaum. More than 120 people were provided with steaming hot rice pulao. The activity was sponsored by Lions Club of Belgaum.
