As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Eye check up camp held in our clubhouse
In continuation of eye screening camps held in schools last month, eye check up camp was conducted for students who had advised for further reference and also for general public. total 123 patients availed the services. Spectacles were distributed for needy people

Lions Club Of Ponda City celebrated Vanamahotsav in Pradnya Sikshan Saunstha, Keri on Saturday 12-07-2025. Ln MJF Kiran Naik arranged various local varieties of plants like Mango, Chiko, Avala, Medicinal Plants, etc. Members planted the trees in the compound of the school.
