As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Inauguration of smart TV to Hosapatna school
On 16-08-2025 at 2.30 pm our Club President inaugurated Smart TV Class at Model Higher Primary School Hosapattan. The importance of donated 50" Smart TV and software of syllabus based contets were explained by Secretary, RC, and immediate past President. SDMC President, Headmaster thanked the Lions Club for the donation of Smart TV. The programme was held from 2.30 pm to 4 pm. 72 students, Headmaster & 6 teachers, 5 SDMC members, Office bearers of past students' association were present. 6 Lion members including PST & RC attended the programme. Total expenses: Rs 1,75,000/-.
