Special Initiative: Weeks of service

As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

Service Focus Weeks

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day

Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

It is a great honor and privilege to be the master of Ceremony for the District Teacher's Felicitation Programme - 2025 held on 22nd September, 2025 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao from 4.00 pm onwards. Total 50 teachers nominated by all the clubs in Goa and part of Karnataka from the District were felicitated

Lions Relieving Hunger Program-Sep25

Lons Club of Jamkhandi organized a food distribution program at Jamkhandi Government Hospital under the Lions Relieving Hunger Program on 24.09.2025 at 8:30 am. The organizer of this program is Ln Adv. Nitin. Hulyalkar. Around 248 peoples were served.
