As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Donation of Rice Bag to Orphanage
We donated a rice bag of 25 Kgs to the St. John of the Cross Orphanage. The orphanage is home to around 30 children (girls). The President-Lion Mariano, Past District Governor, MJF Lion Ularico, MJF Lion Ajoy & Lion Manju were present.

RC Meet
Our Club hosted our Region Meet presided over by our beloved RC Mjf Lion Bharati Vadavi. Banners of all Lions/Leo Clubs were presented in a vey systematic manner. Zone Chairperson Ln Malhari Divate read the reports of Clubs under his Zone. Dr Neeta Deshpande as Chief Guest delivered a lecture on Diabetes and obesity. PMJF Lion Monika Sawant as Keynote speaker highlighted regarding safety of women in the present world. Souvenir was also released by Pmjf Lion Shrinivas Shivangi. In all 38 members of our club attended the meet. PST, 1st & 2nd VP too attended.

District Cabinet Third Meeting
Attended and Presented District Global Service Team Report along with my Team Members during District Cabinet Third Meeting held on 10th January at Nagoa Panchayat Hall, Salcete, Goa
