As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Computer Donation Programme
A computer donation programme was held on 14th August 2025 at Guardian Angel Higher Secondary School, Sanvordem, Goa. A computer was donated to the School for the benefit of students of the School.

47th Installation Ceremony of BOD of Lions Club of Navelim
The 47th Installation Ceremony of BOD for 2025-26 of Lions Club of Navelim was held Z-Square at Margao with Installing and Induction Officer Lion Vasudev Valaulikar Installing the New BOD for 2025 - 26 and Inducting One New Member Lion Herman Gomes and the Chief Guest For The Evening was Mr Levinson Martins, IAS Officer with 2nd VDG Lion Sudesh Borkar, Past District Governor's Lion Shrikant More, Lion Erle Britto, Lion Pradeep Kulkarni, Lion Sashidharan Nair, Lion Chandrakant Hiremath, Lion Members from Various Clubs across Goa and Karnataka with District Officers attending and gracing the Occasion.

Independence Day Celebration of Lions Club of Ponda City
Independence Day was Celebrated at Dada Vaidya High School, Curti Khandepar on 15th August 2025 The National Flag was hoisted at the hands of Lion Archana Tendulkar who also the chief guest of the function. Flag hoisting was followed by cultural programmes and prize distribution. Lion Archana Tendulkar, Sandeep Khandeparkar, Chairman of AVPM, School Headmistress and others shared their thoughts and guidance on the occasion. Prizes were distributed at the hands of Lion Members and the Management and Teachers of the School. Prizes and Refreshments were sponsored by Lions Club of Ponda City. The programme was attended by 16 Club Members.

Financial Assistance for Board Examination Fees of 10 Students of Dada Vaidya High School, Curti, Ponda
President of Lions Club of Ponda City, Lion Archana Tendulkar handed over a cheque of Rs 12,000/- towards Board Examination fees of 10 Students of Dada Vaidya High School to the Chairman of AVPM, Shri Sandeep Khadeparkar. Zone Chairperson Visit
Zone Chairperson, Lion Melba Monteiro visited Lion Club of Ponda on 13-08-2025 at Club House at 8 PM. Lion Archan Tendulkar, president, welcomed the ZC. Lion Narasinha Kamat Dhakankar presented a report of the activities held till date. Lion Shailendra Naik Introduced the ZC Lion Melba Monteiro. ZC Melba Monteiro provided guidance on the rules of reporting of activities and discussed future course of actions. The meeting was attended by 16 Club Members
