As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Sports event
Lions club Gangavathi , lions charitable trust ,lions school in association with sports department ,Conducted 3 days taluka level sports for children of 14 to 17 years, Gangavathi ,karatagi,kanakagiri talukas several government schools were part of the tournament. More than 1500 students were participated in several sports like kabaddi,koko,rally,throw ball,running etc Lions charitable trust President Ln Dr.Chandrappa ,secretary Ln.Dr.Jambunath Gouda, PDG MJF Ln. Dr.Madhavashetty ,Lions club president Dr.Shivakumar Malipatil, DDPI Somashekar Gouda, BEO Natesh were inaugurated the event.

ANNADASOHA ACTIVITY WAS CONDUCTED BY LIONS CLUB GOKAK ON 07.09.2025.DURING THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF DISTRICT GOVERNOR,DIST 317-B PMJF LION JAIAMOL NAIK. 200 INDOOR PATIENTS OF GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL GOKAK WERE SERVED FOOD PACKETS .THE ACTIVITY WAS SPONSORED BY THE SENIOR MEMBER MJF LION ADV.G S SIDDAPURMATH.REGION CHAIRPERSON,ZONE CHAIRPERSON WERE ALSO PRESENT.
