As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Public awareness rally and stage program on HIV/AIDS control has been organized on World AIDS.
From A.G. Desai circle has organized a "World AIDS Day" rally program in collaboration with Lions Club of Jamkhandi, IMA (Indian Medical Association), NCC, NSS and other organizations. Then at 8.30 am from A.G. Desai Circle in Jamkhandi and concluded at Urban Bank, Head Post Road, Suvarna Theater, Ashok Circle, G.G. Junior College campus. Later, at 9:00 AM, the taluk level "World AIDS Day" program was organized at the G.G. Junior College campus.

Organised peace poster contest
Club organised a peace poster contest on 7th November 2025 at Government multipurpose college Borda Margao.The theme for the contest was 'Together as One' Dr. F M Nadaf the principal of the college was the chief guest. Nearly 50 students from various schools of sanguem, Quepem, canacona, Margao participated in the contest and brought out their talents through their drawings.

15 DAYS DIABETES FREE SCREENING CAMP.
FROM 16 TH TO 30TH NOVEMBER DIABETIC FREE CHECH UP CAMP WAS CONDUCTED AT MURDESHWAR CLINIC BASTI. TOTALLY 450 PERSONS BENIFITED AND WERE ADVISED FOR REMEDY IF NEEDED. ON 16TH INNAUGURATION WAS CONDUCTED BY MJF LION DR. SUNIL JATHAN, DC FOR DIABETIC AWARENESS.

Diabetes Awareness Programme
At the Region Level the Glucometers and strips for testing blood Sugar level were distributed to all the 7 clubs of region VI to check and create awareness of blood sugar and diabetes under the Diabetes awareness programme. RDC MJF Lion Radhakrishna Harewadkar initiated. Both ZCs and PSTs of the clubs of Region VI were present .
