Special Initiative: Weeks of service
As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Hunger Relief Program
Annadasoha(Hunger Relief) was conducted on 10th July 2025 at UDAAN Foundation School for Specially Abled children at Chennabasava Nagar Dharwad. More than 50 people were served by the program sponsored by ZC MJF Lion Shaila Karagudri.

Second GB Meeting and Doctors Day Celebration
The second GB meeting and National Doctors Day celebration was held on 23rd July 2025 at 7:45 PM at Lions School, Dharwad. Dr Rajan Deshpande was the chief guest and the doctors of our club were honored.

Service Activity published in multiple News papers of july month
On 05.07.2025 at 10 am, Lions Club Jamkhandi organized a planting of trees program at Hunnur Cross , Maigur Road as part of the Vanamotsava program and for environmental protection. 12 Lion members and 3 Local members of Kadapatti are in part of this program, and we planted of 40 trees on the side of Maigur road

Birthday Celebration of Bal Gangadhar Tilak and second GBM of this july month, in this meeting following agenda's where discussed 1) Formation of various committees. 2) As per lions international plan - Calendar events of the lionstick year 2025-26. 3) Regarding installation of nameplates in Hindu Rudrabhoomi. 4) Regarding participation in District installation (26.07.25). 5) About BOD organizers. 6) About organizing Annaprasada program. 7) Discussion on other matters as per the order of the President.
