As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.

- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

The BOD Installation Function of Lions Club of Chicalim Bogmalo
On 20th July 2025 at 7.30 as a Zone Chairperson of Zone 2 of Region 1 I attended the BOD Installation Function of lions club of chicalim bogmalo at Hotel Flora Grand Banquet Hall. Vasco da Gama Goa where the new Board of Directors was sworn in. The event was well-organized and marked an important milestone for the organization. Being my home club I personally monitored the success of the event that marked a new chapter of the organization. The board was installed under the leadership of President Lion Ryanel Carvalho at the hands of MJF Lion Sudesh Borkar second Vice District Governor . The Region Chairperson MJF Lion Premanand Kerker also graced the occasion

I attended the BOD celebration of Lions Club of Vasco Da Gama.
As a Zone chairperson I attended the BOD celebration of Lions Club of Vasco Da Gama. On 19 July 2025 at Hotel Flora Grand Vasco da Gama Goa Under the leadership of President Lion Shilpa Pacharane at the hands of past District Governor PMJF Lion Sashidharan Nair and also present was the Region Chairperson MJF Lion Premanand Kerker and some other members of the clubs from my zone also attended and as a Zone Chairperson, I coordinated with the other members who attended the BOD Installation , The club also inducted 2 new lady members

Eye screening for sight defect in students
President and Members of Lions Club of Panjim conducted a twinning activity along with members of Lions Club of Aldona at Fr. Agnel's School, Pilar.. More than 100 students were screened for eye-sight defects.

Installation new BOD for the year 2025-26
Lions Club of Canacona New B.O.D for the year 2025-26 Installation Ceremony was held on 27/07/2025, at Lions Club House xeller Canacona at about 5.30p.m. The Chief Guest was Shri Arun Bhat The Installation Officer was 2nd VDG MJF Lion Sudesh Borkar given oath to all elected members, and Lion Pankaj Gaounkar as Prasident, Lion Ulhas Phal Dessai as Secretary and Lion Dilkush Shet as Treasurer. Also inducted 1 new Member. Zone Chairperson Zone I Region 12 Lion Gaurish Vernekar was present for the function. Lions Club of Canacona felicited meritorious student of Canacona Taluka.
