As we embark on a new year of service, we are excited to introduce our Service Focus Weeks for 2025-2026. These weeks are designed to create a global impact by concentrating our efforts on specific causes. By aligning our service activities, we can amplify our impact and visibility, showing the world the power of collective action.
Service Focus Weeks
- MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING: October 4 - 12, 2025 Aligns with World Mental Health Day
- HUNGER: January 3 - 11, 2026, Celebrate Melvin Jones' Birthday
- ENVIRONMENT: April 18 - 26, 2026 Aligns with Earth Day
Each week of service will incorporate two weekends to allow clubs maximum flexibility in their planning. We encourage to engage our district clubs with these causes throughout the year, but during these specific weeks, we aim to create a unified, global impact.

Attended special Meeting LC Panjim Greater
Meeting was called by President Ln Samil Volvoikar of Panjim Greater along with secratry treasuer, IPP and Guiding Lion MJF ln Sunil and Clud Administror at Swarnam on 29th July at 7 pm . Training session of logins to line portal and district website was conducted by Zone Chairperson MJF Lion Daniel S Kurian and first time activities were reported and memebers were also added who were inducted during BOD Installation. Overall it was very fruitful Meeting and knowledge and support was given with respect to reporting and planning activities for the club which is just two years old .

BLOOD DONATION CAMP ON 16TH JULY,2025
THE LIONS CLUB OF CALANGUTE ORGANISED A BLOOD DONATION CAMP AT THE ST. XAVIERS COLLEGE MAPUSA IN COLLABORATION WITH THE GMC BLOOD BANK. THERE WERE OVER 70 STUDENTS OF ST. XAVIERS COLLEGE, MAPUSA, DONATED BLOOD VOLUNTARILY. THE PRESIDENT & PST OF THE CALANGUTE CLUB NEEDS TO BE APPRECIATED FOR ONE OF THE MOST HUMANITARIAN SERVICE ACTIVITIES
